Why We Built This
Telehealth has made medications like semaglutide and tirzepatide accessible to millions of people. But comparing providers is still a nightmare. Pricing is buried behind intake forms. Dose-level costs vary wildly between plans. Some providers serve 48 states, others serve 15 — and you won't find out until you're halfway through a signup.
We built GLPHQ to fix that. We track pricing across 40+ telehealth providers, broken down by medication, dose, and plan duration. We work directly with providers to verify their pricing and keep it current. When we can't confirm a price, we flag it as estimated so you know exactly what's verified and what isn't.
We started with GLP-1 weight loss medications, but telehealth covers a lot more than that. We already track NAD+, TRT, peptides, sexual health, and other wellness verticals — all with the same dose-level pricing breakdowns and state coverage data.
If you've used other comparison sites in this space, you may have noticed something: a lot of them charge providers hundreds or even thousands of dollars just to be listed. That creates an obvious problem — the sites only show providers who pay, and patients never see the full picture. Worse, most of those sites don't disclose which listings are paid placements and which aren't.
We think that's backwards. GLPHQ lists every provider we can find, whether they work with us or not. We earn revenue through affiliate partnerships with some providers — when you click through to a provider, we may earn a commission. We're upfront about that. Providers who partner with us get verified badges and richer profiles, but every provider gets listed with real pricing data.

Providers who work with us directly receive a Verified badge, confirming their pricing has been reviewed and confirmed. Verified partners can also feature coupon codes, richer profiles, and more detailed plan breakdowns. Unverified listings use the best pricing data we can find, clearly marked as estimated.
