When you click these links and interact with those providers, you are subject to their terms of service, privacy policies, and practices. GLPHQ is not responsible for the products, services, content, or practices of any third-party provider.

By submitting this information, you grant GLPHQ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and publish the submitted information on the Site.
GLPHQ reserves the right to edit, modify, or decline to publish any submitted information at our sole discretion. Submission of information does not guarantee listing, placement, or any particular treatment on the Site.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties

10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLPHQ LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00). THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY AND EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GLPHQ LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming.
You agree to waive any right to a jury trial in connection with any dispute arising from these Terms. You agree that any cause of action related to the Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues, or the claim is permanently barred.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
